Investigating Ink is suitable for anyone who wants to explore the use of ink for its versatile qualities of line, tone and colour.  As this medium is a half-way between drawing and painting it is ideally suited to anyone who wants to develop their use of mark and explore its particular qualities to create images from other objects, photographs, or other drawings.  £47 or £42 for Friends of ArtsLink

Linocut is a simple, fun way of creating striking prints which, requiring little specialist equipment, can be practised at home.  You will learn key techniques, experiment with cutting marks, create a finished lino block from which you could print greeting cards, present tags or small pictures.  All equipment and materials are included.  £50 or £45 for Friends of ArtsLink
