A Blank Canvas - from trepidation to confidence

A talk with demonstration by artist/tutor Diane Summer

A blank canvas can be very daunting.  To help you gain confidence in starting a painting Diane explores developing a solid preparatory practice that addresses subject, composition, design, tonal interest, colour and materials.  With these in hand you will have a clear vision for starting your painting!  Applicable to a range of mediums including acrylic, watercolour and oil.   Includes tea, biscuits and Q&A's throughout.
